DraftKings and sports data provider Sportradar have announced a long-term extension to their partnership.
The deal will give DraftKings access to Sportradar’s data feeds as the fantasy sports and betting operator continues to grow its footprint in the US market.

Sportradar is an official partner of the big four North American pro sports leagues, as well as Nascar, Fifa and Uefa.

Sportradar will offer instantaneous data feeds to complement DraftKings’ live and in-play
wagering.

DraftKings has fueled the daily fantasy sports market since 2012 and launched its sportsbook in 2018.

The DraftKings sportsbook debuted in New Jersey in August 2018. It has since expanded to West Virginia, Indiana and Pennsylvania.

DraftKings Chief Business Officer Ezra Kucharz said: “This partnership will enhance customer experience by allowing us to provide faster turnaround time on our products and give us the opportunity to develop new, innovative offerings for our players.”

Sportradar agreed to a betting data distribution deal with the NFL in August that gives the
Switzerland-based company partnerships with every major pro league.

Sportradar beat out rival Stats Perform for the partnership.

Last month, Sportradar announced it had acquired the Spanish sports betting platform Optima.
