Construction will begin imminently.

Caesars Entertainment has revealed their plans to begin a multi-million dollar renovation of the Caesars Palace main entrance.

These renovations will see changes made to the original main entrance, main casino and porte-cochère as well as newly updated gaming areas and a bar.

Construction is slated to be complete by New Year’s Eve this year.

This improvements mean the casino’s entrance will be rebuilt entirely in an attempt to create what Caesars has called “an arrival experience fit for a Caesar, matching the glamour of the property's iconic hotel lobby.”

The design will feature a dome and a barrelled ceiling positioned over a 15-foot statue of Augustus Caesar.

“Caesars Palace brought a sense of grandeur to the Las Vegas Strip when it was built in 1966, and we're proud to continue that legacy with a full reimagining of our main entrance," said Sean McBurney, Caesars Entertainment regional president. “Completely rebuilding the front entrance of one of the world's most iconic destinations is no small task, and we're excited to get started and create a stunning new visual welcome for our guests."

The casino’s famous table games floor will also see improvements.

The company has outlined some changes that will occur during construction, like rideshare being relocated to the exit doors next to Vanderpump Cocktail Garden, and new express check in and out kiosks will be placed at all other available entrances.

Caesars Palace features 3,980 hotel rooms and suites as well as restaurants such as the Bacchanal Buffet and Gordon Ramsey’s Hell’s Kitchen.
