The system is designed to complement the company's existing AspireCore gaming platform.

Aspire Global, the igaming solutions provider that supplies 30 countries including Colombia and Mexico, has bolstered its AspireCore gaming platform with its new CRM system called AspireEngage. This Exponea-powered system utilizes a range of services to enhance player experience through implementing customer data.

Key features include real-time marketing capabilities like bonus management, personalized messaging and user segmentation. These features have been added by the igaming solutions provider to help gaming companies improve their approach to player engagement.

AspireEngage will also allow Aspire Global’s clients to connect their personal CRM tools to this newly created platform.

“We are delighted to be launching AspireEngage and believe that it will revolutionize the way operators market their brands today across the globe,” said Tsachi Maimon (pictured), CEO of Aspire Global. “The real-time solution is incredibly easy to use and will open up the opportunity for operators to deliver sophisticated marketing techniques that will lead to a more personalized experience for customers. As we continue to expand and enter new markets, this integration serves to cement AspireCore as a true gateway platform to endless igaming opportunities.”

The creation of this new system is in line with the company’s wider strategy of international expansion. Recent months have seen Aspire expand into Latin America through sports betting agreements with William Hill and Betfair in Columbia.

Mergers and integration have also been key in allowing Aspire Global to further its expansion into LATAM.

Aspire see much of their success as a result of BtoBet’s strategy, with the sports betting platform recording a revenue increase of €48.1m in 2020.
