Allows for technology companies to align their management systems with international best practice.

EveryMatrix, the software provider who opened an office in Miami earlier this year, has announced their gaining of the ISO 20000 certification.

The news comes after EveryMatrix spent almost a year reviewing their internal management system and procedures.

The ISO 20000 certificate is designed by the International Organisation for Standardisation and the International Electrotechnical Commission. It exists to help technology companies synchronize their management systems with global best practice.

EveryMatrix has said this achievement reflects the company's maturity.

Speaking on the development, Stian Hornsletten, COO at EveryMatrix said, “We have been undertaking in-depth internal audits to make sure our way of working is delivering the best outcome for our clients. Achieving the ISO 20000 standard shows the level of maturity reached by our organisation and the responsibility we place on the work we do for our clients worldwide.”

He added: “We place customer satisfaction and confidence in our ability to deliver a world-class software solution at the top of our priority list. Being a reliable partner is not only necessary, but it sits at the core of our day-to-day operations.”

In February, the technology supplier announced the opening of a new commercial hub in Miami, in the city's downtown area near Brickell, announcing the company into the US market.

“Entering the US market is one of our major objectives this year and having feet on the ground there is essential.“
