FanDuel will turn the revitalized building into a hub of workers specializing in software engineering, product development, user experience and user interface. The company will steadily add to its Atlanta work force over the next five years with a target of 900 employees.
Ponce City Market is located in Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward. Formerly a Sears showroom, the market includes 643,000 square feet of Class-A office, ground-floor retail and restaurants and high-rise residences.

Ponce City Market recently announced it will add 500,000 square feet of new development and neighborhood amenities, according to FanDuel.
New York-based FanDuel said it will invest $15m on site development and hiring personnel.

The site is within short driving distance from several of Atlanta’s top universities including Morehouse College, Georgia Institute of Technology, and Emory University. FanDuel will provide educational training programs for students at public and private colleges.
