Viejas Casino & Resort has launched Global Payments Gaming Solutions’ VIP Mobility, giving guests of the San Diego area property access to cashless casino gaming.

VIP Mobility allows guests to create digital TITO tickets on their mobile devices. They do this scanning an existing voucher or by way of VIP Preferred e-check accounts.

Mobile devices are compatible with any slot or table game at the casino by scanning a QR code, which can reload from a phone. VIP Mobility is available on iOS and Android devices.

“Our adoption of VIP Mobility will provide additional convenience and increased transaction security for our guests,” said Erich Hans, Director of Treasury / CFO, Viejas Casino & Resort. “By allowing our players to bypass traditional funding sources, such as ATMs and/or the Cage, we have significantly improved optionality and expediency.  We are excited to be the first Casino in Southern California to offer this new benefit to our guests, and we are confident that it will provide a material enhancement to their overall gaming experience here at Viejas.”

The implementation of VIP Mobility will quicken the gaming experience for Viejas customers, according to Christopher Justice, president of Global Payments Gaming Solutions.

“As adoption of cashless payment alternatives continues to grow within the U.S. gaming industry, we are proud to offer our partners with solutions that meet the evolving needs of their customers,” he said. “We look forward to helping Viejas Casino & Resort provide their patrons with an innovative gaming experience.”

Las Vegas-based Global Payments Gaming Solutions has over 500 locations.
