Penn National Gaming adds Vimla Black-Gupta to Board of Directors

Penn National Gaming has expanded its Board of Directors to nine with the addition of marketing veteran Vimla Black-Gupta.

Black-Gupta joins PNG’s Board of Directors having served more than 25 years in marketing. She is currently Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Commercial for skin care bio tech startup.

Her previous roles include CMO of Equinox Fitness Clubs and Senior Vice President of Global Marketing of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics business at Estee Lauder. She holds a B.A. from Duke University and a M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Black-Gupta’s marketing skills will be put to test at PNG as she works to expand the company’s sports betting and iGaming presence.

Black-Gupta becomes the fourth woman appointed to PNG’s Board of Directors, joining Jane Scaccetti, Marla Kaplowitz and Barbara Shattuck Kohn.
