Company expands into new market via BetMGM, BetRivers, DraftKings.

Everi Digital, the online gaming division of Everi Holdings, Inc., on Tuesday said it has partnered with multiple online gaming operators to bring Everi's content to West Virginia.

Everi is partnering with BetMGM, BetRivers.com from Rush Street Interactive, and DraftKings, and has launched its online gaming content in the Mountain State via its proprietary Spark Remote Game Servers ("RGS").

The company currently offers 36 games, including Atomic Meltdown, Cash Machine, Double Ruby, Triple Threat, Smokin 777 and many more.

Everi now supports BetMGM, DraftKings and Rush Street Interactive in four states: Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

“The launch of our online gaming content across several sites in West Virginia with trusted partners in BetMGM, DraftKings, and Rush Street Interactive, is another step forward for our digital gaming initiatives as it introduces our distinct gaming library to West Virginia online players for the first time,” David Lucchese, EVP of sales, marketing and digital for Everi, said in a statement. “This move expands the footprint of our RGS platform and we are confident our games will be popular in this new market, adding to our growing online community.”

In addition to its online presence, BetMGM Casino operates in conjunction with The Greenbrier, a mountain resort in West Virginia.

Everi’s three-reel mechanical games and video slot content is available through Rush Street Interactive via BetRivers.com, and Mountaineer Casino, located in the hills of northern West Virginia.

DraftKings launched Everi’s gaming portfolio in the state via its online casino and Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races.

Everi develops game content and gaming machines, gaming systems, and services for land-based and online gaming operators. The company also is a provider of financial technology solutions for the casino floor, including products and services that facilitate cash and cashless financial transactions, self-service player loyalty tools and applications, and regulatory and intelligence software.
