The deal will make William Hill official betting partner of the Washington Wizards, Washington Capitals and Washington Mystics, all owned by Monumental.
The operator is planning to launch the sportsbook at Capital One Arena, with construction beginning as soon as the necessary regulatory approvals are granted.
The sportsbook will span multiple floors and will be available to the general public daily, as well as ticketed and non-ticketed fans on game days.
Joe Asher, William Hill US CEO, said: “This sportsbook will be a flagship venue for the industry and will serve the sports fans of the Washington D.C. area unlike any other.
"Partnering with Ted Leonsis and the entire Monumental team was ideal. They share our vision and principles for bringing innovative sports betting opportunities to fans in a responsible way."
William Hill became the NBA’s official sports betting partner this week in another deal, permitting the operator use of official NBA betting data across mobile platforms and sportsbooks in the US.
