BIG3, a three-on-three, half-court professional basketball league co-founded by a legendary rapper, on Wednesday named SuperDraft as its first daily fantasy partner.
SuperDraft is the daily fantasy partner of Caesars Entertainment.
As part of the agreement, SuperDraft will become the presenting sponsor of the 2021 BIG3 draft, which will be renamed the 2021 BIG3 SuperDraft.
BIG3 said the partnership gives it the ability to offer daily fantasy contests for every game, including SuperDraft’s Multiplier Mode, as well as free betting in its free sportsbook app. The league said daily fantasy strategy segments will be integrated into each game broadcast and the Multiplier Mode will be featured on each player’s stat lines.
SuperDraft said it will provide Fantasy 101 educational broadcast segments as well as in-arena activations. Fans sitting courtside will be able to play special fantasy games.
BIG3 players and coaches will become brand ambassadors for SuperDraft across linear and digital media.
BIG3 was founded by producer, actor and music legend Ice Cube and entertainment executive Jeff Kwatinetz (pictured). Its fourth season, with 10 weeks of games, will tip off on July 10 at Orleans Arena in Las Vegas.
