Churchill Downs Incorporated launches online sports betting in three states
The announcement comes ahead of the group’s signature event, the Kentucky Derby
Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI) has announced the introduction of its TwinSpires Sports mobile app in Indiana and TwinSpires Casino & Sports app in Pennsylvania, as well as its online sports betting operations in Colorado.
CDI launched the first TwinSpires Sportsbook and iGaming platform in January 2021 via a technology platform powered by Kambi Group PLC and GAN Limited, with the TwinSpires mobile apps now live in Michigan, Tennessee, Indiana, Pennsylvania and Colorado.
Players in Colorado, Indiana and Pennsylvania are now permitted to bet on professional sports leagues and collegiate sports from around the world, including National Football League, Major League Baseball, National Hockey League and National Basketball Association.
Meanwhile in Pennsylvania, online casino players can play a large selection of online slots and live dealer games, as well as the more traditional casino games of blackjack and roulette.
