RubyPlay expands Ontario footprint through NorthStar Gaming integration
The agreement broadens RubyPlay’s distribution in a regulated Canadian province where the supplier secured its license earlier this year, adding both RubyPlay and Koala Games titles to NorthStar’s platform.
RubyPlay has extended its presence in Ontario through a new content partnership with NorthStar Gaming, providing the operator with a wider range of titles from its multi-studio development group.
The integration includes games from RubyPlay and Koala Games, following the supplier’s formal market entry earlier in the year.
NorthStar’s casino platform now hosts several of RubyPlay’s established titles, including Giga Match Moolah, Immortal Ways Diamonds and Diamond Explosion 7s.
The deal also brings Koala Games’ releases to the operator’s customers, such as Voltage Blitz Vortex and 3 Big Barrels Aztec.
RubyPlay received regulatory approval in Ontario in February. The company noted that the partnership aligns with its broader expansion strategy in North America, where its portfolio is already available across multiple operators.
The multi-studio approach, introduced as part of RubyPlay’s current development roadmap, is intended to increase content variety and accelerate production cycles across its distribution network.

NorthStar Gaming remains an active operator within Ontario’s regulated market, where it focuses on localised digital casino entertainment. RubyPlay said the partnership aligns with its aim to grow its footprint across regulated North American jurisdictions.
Earlier this year, RubyPlay partnered with Ocean Casino Resort in New Jersey to expand its slot library on the BetOcean platform. That rollout included titles such as J Mania Lucky Pyggs and Immortal Ways Volcano, along with the exclusive US launch of Egyptian Sun SE.
The company has also added new distribution routes across South America and Delaware as part of its 2025 expansion activity.
