Argentina: Corrientes Lottery advances official certification to strengthen regulatory quality

The Lottery of Corrientes, in Argentina, is progressing through the IRAM-ALEA N°19 certification process, a regulatory framework establishing quality standards for gaming regulatory entities across the country.
The initiative, promoted by ALEA (Association of State Lotteries of Argentina) and the Argentinian Institute of Standardization and Certification (IRAM), aims to strengthen institutional practices through policies based on social responsibility, administrative efficiency and public management innovation.

Luis Zanazzi, head of ALEA’s Quality Management Area and coordinator of the IRAM-ALEA N°19 regulatory framework, provided technical and strategic perspectives on the certification process underway at the Institute of Lottery and Casinos of Corrientes.
