QCI and Win-River Resort & Casino partner for enterprise platform integration

Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has formed a new strategic partnership with Win-River Resort & Casino in Redding, California to deploy the supplier’s enterprise platform within the Tribal-owned property.
“This is an exciting step forward for Win-River Resort & Casino,” Win-River Resort & Casino GM Don Hayward said.
“The QCI Enterprise Platform will enable us to efficiently evaluate multiple sources of gaming data for analysis of operational insights. The enterprise platform will also look to assist Win-River Resort & Casino team members in making data-driven decisions, enhancing guest experiences and integrating personalized experiences for consumers.
Pala Casino Spa Resort also completed updates to its system by implementing the latest QCI enterprise platform, AGI56, on October 21.
This upgrade also brings with it several enhancements and modules, including QCI Heatmap, Quartals Visualization, QCI Metrics, QCI Dispatch and QCI Player, designed to “empower casino operators with advanced analytics, streamlined operations and enhanced player engagement.”
