Turning Stone releases animated renderings of $370m project

Key Points
- The $370m project will double the resort’s conference and event space
- The completion is expected to be in 2027
Turning Stone Enterprises released animated renderings of its $370m Turning Stone Evolution project, marking the resort’s first expansion in two decades.
The company had previously shared photo renderings. The new animations let stakeholders see and understand the planned changes to the property.
The project will double the resort’s conference and event space, including meeting facilities, an outdoor courtyard, reception areas and two ballrooms. It will also add The Crescent Hotel, a 258‑room tower connected to the event space and other resort amenities such as restaurants, an event center, a showroom and a gaming floor.
The hotel will include a bar and a 1,600‑space parking garage will double the resort’s indoor parking capacity.
The project is expected to be completed in 2027. It aims to position the resort to compete with New York City and other metropolitan areas for events, as well as business and leisure travel from the Northeast and across the country.
The project is a $370m investment by the Oneida Indian Nation. According to the company, it is expected to generate over $600m in one-time economic impact, more than $22m in state and local tax revenue and create around 3,500 construction and related jobs during the construction phase.
Up until now, sixty New York State businesses, including local firms, have been selected to support construction.
Good to know: The Oneida Indian Nation, through Turning Stone Enterprises, recently partnered with Kambi to launch its sportsbook at three New York casinos
Turning Stone will host its Doing Business with the Oneida Indian Nation conference on September 12, 2025. The event will highlight opportunities for vendors and business partners from the Turning Stone Evolution project and the $50m Point Place Casino expansion.
Panels will feature vendors, business partners and Turning Stone Enterprises leadership discussing partnership requirements, business location opportunities on Nation land and event hosting. A procurement fair will let attendees meet Oneida Indian Nation purchasing agents and learn about needed services and products.
