Gamanza Engage collaborates with Colombian operator Grupo Jer

Gamanza Engage has teamed up with Colombian operator Grupo Jer, which is known throughout the region’s iGaming market.
Under the terms of the strategic partnership, Group Jer will integrate the full suite of Gamanza Engage’s engagement products. Among those featured would include mini-grams, loyalty, gamification and tournaments.
Gamanza Engage said in a statement, “This unified platform will allow the operator to deliver deeply personalized and interactive player experiences across their brands, while simultaneously gaining the operational benefits of automation, segmentation, and real-time data.”
As a Colombian operator, Grupo Jer has focused on fostering a “strong player protection framework,” as well as maintaining regulatory standards.
“At Grupo Jer, we’re always looking to innovate and deliver outstanding experiences to our customers, said Grupo Jer Commercial Director Laura Esparza. “After reviewing several alternatives, we selected Gamanza Engage because of the flexibility of their suite, the quality of their gamification tools, and the alignment with our long-term vision for player engagement.”
In other regional news, Colombian regulator, Coljuegos, recently seized 96 illegal elements of games of luck and chance from various departments of Quindío and Santander.
The regulator said those retired online betting modules and slot machines “would have stopped transferring about $500m annually to the subsidized health system.”
This is the latest in a series of regulatory crackdowns in the region.
Coljuegos has seized close to 5,580 illegal gambling items such as slot machines, bingo halls, poker tables and online betting modules during the Government of Change.
Coljuegos President Marco Emilio Hincapié affirmed the regulator’s commitment to combatting illegal activity throughout the country.
