Global Gaming Awards Americas 2025: Shortlist finalized, nominees to be contacted soon

The 2025 edition of the Global Gaming Awards Americas will once again recognize excellence in both land-based and online gaming throughout the Americas, with the Shortlist and the winners being determined through a rigorous process.

The Shortlist for this year’s event has now been finalized and those who have successfully secured a place on it, will be contacted in the next 3 weeks. The full Shortlist will be released in the public domain in September.

“The growth and creativity we continue to witness each year make the shortlisting and judging processes more competitive than ever,” said Mariya Savova, Event Manager for the Global Gaming Awards.

“To all companies that have made the 2025 Shortlist – congratulations, you’ve already achieved something special,” she added.

The Global Gaming Awards Americas 2025 will return to Las Vegas this October, with winners to be unveiled during an exclusive luncheon ceremony at the Venetian Resort on the Monday of G2E, October 6. The event will also be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.

More than 100 C-level executives from across the industry will be invited to join the Judging Panel and cast their votes to determine the winners, with strict guidelines in place to ensure impartiality – including one judge per company and independent voting adjudication by KPMG US.

Widely regarded as the most prestigious awards in the gaming industry, the Global Gaming Awards are unique in offering full transparency by publishing the reasons for each nomination. Companies are shortlisted solely on merit and as a result of outstanding performance in the Americas region over the past 12 to 18 months. In categories where a company operates multiple brands, only one brand may be shortlisted per category.

The Global Gaming Awards Americas 2025 are powered by Gaming America and Gambling Insider. KPMG independently adjudicates the voting process to ensure fairness and transparency. This year’s event is supported by Lead Partner BetConstruct, with category sponsors including Interblock Gaming, SPRIBE, Aristocrat Gaming, Soft2Bet, Playtech, GammaSweep and NOVOMATIC.

The Americas ceremony is one of three Global Gaming Awards events held annually, alongside editions focused on the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.
