Key Points
- The design and production of the hardware was made possible through Genmega’s recent $50m investment in PCB manufacturing and automation equipment
- Adostics hopes to fulfill high-volume production orders on a global scale while leveraging Genmega’s automated manufacturing process as part of the collaboration
Casino technology startup Adostics has officially selected Genmega to assist in producing the company’s new A-POD hardware solution for retail slot machines, made possible through Genmega’s recent $50m investment in PCB manufacturing and automation equipment.
The A-POD hardware looks to enable existing slot machines with the ability to accept digital vouchers, allowing for players to use payment methods such as Apple Pay which is set to be introduced as the initial method for the A-POD solution.
“We’re doing more than enabling digital payments, we’re unlocking an entirely new way for casinos to engage with players,” Adostics CEO Rob Bone said.
“We’re proud to partner with a manufacturer whose advanced capabilities and operational credibility are second to none. Genmega gives us the ability to scale rapidly and respond immediately to growing customer demand.”
Adostics reportedly hopes to fulfill high-volume production orders on a global scale while leveraging Genmega’s automated manufacturing process as part of the collaboration.

“Genmega’s reputation is built on performance and reliability,” Genmega CRO Wes Dunn said.
“With A-POD, we’ve extended that DNA into gaming with a ruggedized, scalable platform engineered for today’s casino floor and tomorrow’s innovation.”
The company manufactured A-POD to integrate with existing slot floor technology including slot machines, bill validators, payment kiosks and TITO systems while also requiring no changes to casino operations or internal controls.
