PGCB places 15 individuals on involuntary exclusion lists

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has placed 15 individuals on its various involuntary exclusion lists, including three adults who left minors unattended while participating in gambling activity at a Pennsylvania casino.
When placed on the involuntary exclusion lists by the PGCB, individuals officially lose all gambling privileges, such as gaming at a casino property, through a regulated iGaming site or from a video gaming terminal (VGT) location.
The actions taken by the PGCB officially raises the number of individuals on the Board’s various involuntary exclusion lists to 1,405, having last removed gambling privileges from 14 individuals on May 21.
“Actions such as these to deny statewide gambling privileges serve as a reminder that adults are prohibited from leaving minors unattended in the parking lot or garage, a hotel or other venues at a casino since it creates a potentially unsafe and dangerous environment for the children,” the PGCB said as part of the announcement.

Additionally, six people were placed on the Board’s involuntary interactive gaming exclusion list for fraudulent actions involving online gambling.
The remaining nine, including the three adults who left minors unattended, were placed on the involuntary casino exclusion list.
