Pavilion Payments welcomes Brock Moorehouse as VP of Customer Success

Omnichannel payment solutions provider Pavilion Payments has named Brock Moorehouse as its VP of Customer Success.
Moorehouse will be responsible for leading the customer success team, as well as supporting the adoption of the company’s payment products. He will also assist in enhancing client satisfaction with Pavilion’s products in this role.
Moorehouse has nearly two decades of experience in the industry. Prior to taking on his role with Pavilion, Moorehouse worked for Downstream Casino Resort in Quapaw, Oklahoma and served as the destination’s Director of Compliance.
He has worked in the gaming industry since 2008.
Company CEO Lori Lawson took a moment to welcome Moorehouse to the team.
She commented, “I’ve known Brock to be a relentless advocate for his guests and team. His 17 years in casino operations, combined with hands-on experience using our products, make him the ideal leader to champion our mission of setting a new standard for customer success.”

Currently, Pavilion offers payment options to its registered account users through Apple Pay, but said the company is working on adding other digital payment options in the near future.
