Jennifer Roberts joins Resorts World Las Vegas as Chief Compliance Officer

Resorts World Las Vegas has appointed Jennifer Roberts to the role of Chief Compliance Officer, where she will oversee the property’s compliance function, including regulatory and technical compliance, registration and licensing, AML and responsible gaming.
The hire comes shortly after Resorts World Las Vegas was fined $10.5m by the Nevada Gaming Control Board and Nevada Gaming Commission during March 2025 for failing to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

As Chief Compliance Officer, Roberts will lead the Resorts World Las Vegas compliance organization, spearheading the design, development and implementation of programs and policies.
She will also help identify and manage compliance risks, conduct operational assessments and ensure continuous testing and monitoring to maintain the “highest standards in an evolving regulatory environment.”
