Silver Reef Casino Resort and Gaming Analytics (GA) have formed a partnership that will allow GA to provide the casino resort with AI-powered analytics across its operations.
This collaboration will pave the way for Silver Reef to streamline its analytics process and make faster data-driven decisions.
Gaming Analytics will provide tools that will aid Silver Reef in monitoring campaign performance, operational trends and guest behavior. These tools can reduce delays that can come from manual reporting and siloed data, Silver Reef said.
Silver Reef also said this deal “is part of Silver Reef’s ongoing investment in technology to improve business performance, marketing precision and guest experience.”
Silver Reef General Manager Dale Robertson explained the potential benefits of the partnership.
He commented, “As a property without a formal analytics department, Gaming Analytics provides an essential resource.
“The ability to analyze patron behavior in real time and adjust marketing strategy immediately has made a measurable impact. GA’s platform is invaluable.”
Gaming Analytics CEO and Founder Kiran Brahmandam expressed the company’s enthusiasm to team up with Silver Reef by saying, “We’re excited to welcome Silver Reef to the GA network.
“Their team understands the value of real-time data, and we’re proud to support their operational goals.”
Silver Reef’s slot operations currently use GA technology to adjust floor layouts, identify underperforming machines and fine-tune incentives with live performance data. However, the casino said it expects to expand GA’s services “beyond the gaming floor.”
