Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City has partnered with Stephen Starr and his acclaimed restaurant brand, Starr Restaurants.
Starr will collaborate with Ocean Casino Resorts to develop and eventually open two dining concepts at the property this summer.
The restaurant concepts will be located on the lobby level across from The Park.
Ocean Casino Resort currently operates five upscale dining restaurants and ten casual dining options, as well as dozens more cafes, bars and in-room dining options.
Stephen Starr, Starr Restaurants Founder and CEO, said: “It feels like a full circle moment for me to work on restaurant projects in Atlantic City, a place where I formed some of my finest childhood memories, both at the beach and on America’s most popular boardwalk, where I worked as a teenager.
“I’m excited to work with the team at Ocean Casino Resort to develop two new dining concepts this summer.”
Good to know: Stephen Starr was born in Philadelphia and attended school just over an hour’s drive away from where Ocean Casino Resort is located now
Starr founded his restaurant chain in September 1995 when he opened Continental Restaurant & Martini Bar in Philadelphia.
He has since gone on to open over twenty more restaurants around the world, including properties in New York City, Florida, Atlantic City, Washington DC and France.
