Anthony Sanfilippo nominated to Wynn Resorts Board of Directors

Margaret Myers, who has served on the Board of Directors since 2018, recently decided to not seek re-election at Wynn Resorts’ Annual Meeting of Shareholders, set to be held on April 30.

Former Pinnacle Entertainment Chairman and CEO Anthony Sanfilippo has been nominated to Wynn Resorts’ Board of Directors, which is set to be heard during the company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on April 30. 

“We are very pleased that Anthony has agreed to stand for election to our Board at this year’s Annual Meeting. Following a record year at Wynn Resorts – both financially and operationally – and with strong stability within our business, we are focusing on our growth and diversification around the world to drive long-term value.” Wynn Resorts Board Chairman Philip Satre said.

Margaret “Dee Dee” Myers, who has served on the Wynn Resorts’ Board of Directors since 2018, recently decided to forego seeking re-election at the Annual Meeting, with Sanfilippo now set to fill the vacancy.

Prior to joining Pinnacle Entertainment, Sanfilippo served as President and CEO of Multimedia Games, then a publicly traded creator of technology systems and electronic gaming devices for the gaming industry, as well as as a Division President for Caesars Entertainment.
