As the property continues to prepare for the unveiling of a new boutique hotel tower during May 2025, Jamul Casino Resort will be introducing updated technology into each room of the upcoming expansion.
Each room will be equipped with a DigiValet control system featuring tablet-based and Alexa voice command capabilities with multilingual support, as Jamul Casino Resort has partnered with technology providers to integrate guest-centric innovation.
The system will allow guests to manage lighting, temperature, entertainment and request services, while Luci Systems will offer a centralized platform for multimedia enhancements.

To further improve communication, AI-powered messaging solutions will be provided by Canary Technologies and enable real-time interaction between hotel staff and patrons through text messaging.
A cloud-based property management system from Infor-HMS will handle all aspects of reservations, check-ins, room assignments and transactions.
