MGM Resorts to serve as Official Partner of College Basketball Crown

MGM Resorts International has been named as an Official Partner of College Basketball Crown, a postseason tournament consisting of college basketball programs from NCAA conferences such as the Big 10, Big 12 and Big East.
Launched by FOX Sports and AEG Global Partnerships (AEG), which also helped to broker the collaboration with MGM Resorts, College Basketball Crown will take place from March 31 to April 6 at the T-Mobile Arena and MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
“With student-athletes competing at MGM Grand Garden Arena and T-Mobile Arena, it is a natural fit for our teams to stay at the stunning MGM Resorts properties,” FOX Sports EVP and College Basketball Crown Board Member Jordan Bazant said.
“The College Basketball Crown will provide student-athletes with an elite on-site experience, while showcasing top-tier college hoops to millions.”
Through the collaboration, MGM Resorts will accommodate participating teams across its portfolio of Las Vegas properties including Aria Resort & Casino, Park MGM and Vdara Hotel & Spa.

As an Official Partner, the operator will receive courtside signage, video board features, custom digital content and national media exposure on FOX Sports channels televising the event.

Their iconic venues and unmatched service will elevate the athlete and fan experience, ensuring the tournament is as memorable off the court as it is on it,” AEG COO Nick Baker said.
MGM Resorts will also collaborate with Vivid Seats to offer fans exclusive travel-and-ticket packages ahead of tournament play.
Circa Resort & Casino was named as a Founding Partner and the official host hotel for College Basketball Crown on February 26, as the property is set to provide accommodations for all College Basketball Crown referees while the event takes place.
