The operator stated that following the extension being granted, it plans to release its fourth quarter report on February 20, 2025.

Key points:

- The extension is subject to Codere Online filing its 2023 annual report either on, or prior to, May 12, 2025

- Nasdaq’s ruling followed a hearing on January 16, where the panel considered Codere Online’s plan to regain compliance with Listing Rule 5250

Codere Online has been granted a listing extension by the Nasdaq Stock Market, subject to the operator reporting its 2023 annual report by May 12, 2025. As a result, Codere Online also stated that it will be releasing its financial report for the fourth quarter of 2024 on February 20.

Nasdaq’s determination follows a hearing held on January 16, 2025, where the panel considered Codere Online’s plan to regain compliance with Listing Rule 5250. Codere Online continues to work diligently with a new auditor to complete and file its annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

On June 24, 2024, Codere Online announced favorable resolutions and changes to its Board of Directors after its Annual General Meeting (AGM). Over 21 different agendas were overlooked by the company, with three new members appointed to the Board on initial terms of one year.

Noesen joined the Audit Committee where Borja Fernández and Daniel Valdez serve as Chairman and member, respectively, while Davies joined the Compliance Committee with Mark Dunn appointed as Chairman.

Gonzaga Higuero, CEO of Codere Group, was re-appointed as Director and began serving as Chairman of the Board going forward.
