Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa has unveiled more than $65m worth of renovations and upgrades, including a new gaming floor, the re-launch of its Fresh Harvest Buffet and the opening of a new hotel tower.

The debut of the gaming floor and the re-opening of the Fresh Harvest Buffet were celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony on January 23. The property stated that it expects to offer guests rooms in the new hotel tower by the end of January.

"We are extremely excited about taking our world-class resort to yet another level," Seminole Hard Rock Tampa President Steve Bonner said.

"We're always attentive to what our guests want and need. They asked and we delivered."

The re-opening of Fresh Harvest Buffet was said to create 200 new jobs and bring the total number of team members at the casino resort to 4,293.

Good to know: Seminole Hard Rock Tampa named a new SVP of Marketing in Mikhail Gaushkin on December 18, who is now responsible for overseeing a number of operations in the marketing team

The gaming floor includes nearly 350 multi-denominational slot machines, with the property already having introduced live craps, roulette and sports betting just over a year prior.

"After introducing live craps, roulette and sports betting just over a year ago, we believe the new slots area just adds to the fully integrated casino experience for our guests," Bonner said.

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa also recently celebrated hitting $2bn in jackpots that were won by casino players throughout 2024.
