IGT's Wheel of Fortune and Powerbucks slots award monumental million-dollar-plus jackpots in December

IGT's Powerbucks brand delivers record-breaking $1.91m omnichannel jackpot in Canada.

LONDON – January 15, 2025 – International Game Technology (IGT) announced today that its Wheel of Fortune and Powerbucks slots awarded four life-changing jackpots in December.

Lucky slots players won the following million-dollar-plus jackpots last month:

- On December 6, a Wheel of Fortune slots player won $1,494,585 playing Wheel of Fortune Double 3x 4x 5x Pay at Binion’s Gambling Hall & Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada

- On December 17, a Wheel of Fortune slots player won $1,426,361 playing Wheel of Fortune Diamond Spins 2x Wilds at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas in Nevada. 

- On December 19, a Wheel of Fortune slots player won $1,007,502 playing Wheel of Fortune Gold Spin Triple Red Hot 7s at Tamarack Casino in Reno, Nevada.

- On December 26, an online Powerbucks slots player won CA$2,752,530 (US$1,913,558) playing Wheel of Fortune Ruby Riches in Quebec, Canada; the record-breaking jackpot marks Powerbucks’ largest jackpot awarded to date.

Wheel of Fortune slots have minted over 1,200 millionaires and awarded over $3.6bn in jackpots since its launch in 1996. IGT Powerbucks slots have paid 61 jackpots of $1m or more since its Canadian debut in 2016.
