Northern California operator will expand its promotional capabilities

Cher-Ae Heights Casino in the tiny Northern California city of Trinidad has launched the SYNKROS casino management system from Konami Gaming, Inc.

Konami Gaming, Inc., is a Las Vegas-based subsidiary of Konami Holdings Corp., a designer and manufacturer of slot machines and casino management systems for the global gaming market.

Cher-Ae Heights Casino, just off Highway 101 north of Eureka, has an 800-seat bingo hall and a 50,000-square-foot gaming floor with more than 300 slots.

Casino officials said they chose SYNKROS for its marketing solutions that engage guests, including floor-wide bonusing events, random drawings, personalized rewards, offers, and more.

“This is an exciting time for us and our valued guests, as we introduce a robust new mix of system-delivered promotions to make each visit memorable,” Ryan Sundberg, general manager at Cher-Ae Heights Casino, said in a statement. “SYNKROS provides a long-term, comprehensive casino systems solution with U.S.-based support, so our casino continues to operate at the highest level of efficiency and achievement for years to come.”

“Cher-Ae Heights Casino offers a great mix of entertainment options to guests. It is a privilege to work with their team to highlight the casino’s fantastic offerings even further by tapping into the latest systems tools and technology,” added Jay Bertsch, senior vice president and chief commercial officer at Konami Gaming.
