Jackpot Digital has announced that it will be installing two Jackpot Blitz dealerless poker machines at Boomtown Casino & Hotel New Orleans after signing a Letter of Intent with the Penn Entertainment property.
The installation is still subject to Jackpot obtaining the customary regulatory and licensing approvals.
"We are very excited to announce this new partnership with Boomtown Casino. Jackpot has signed Letters of Intent with three PENN Entertainment properties in Louisiana, and a strong pipeline of several additional casinos in the US,” Jackpot President and CEO Jake Kalpakian said.
“We continue to experience significant demand for Jackpot Blitz across the United States, and worldwide. We anticipate our momentum will continue to build through 2024 and beyond, as we acquire more licenses and new properties to our installation base."
As Kalpakian stated, the new agreement with Boomtown Casino & Hotel New Orleans represents the third Letter of Intent Jackpot has signed with a Penn Entertainment property in Louisiana.
Good to know: Jackpot Digital entered into an agreement with 52 Gaming on November 5 that will “extinguish all current royalty payments totaling $375,000, of which $75,000 has been paid, and all future royalty payments”
Each new table installed will represent additional monthly recurring revenue for the company.
In addition to Jackpot's cruise ship customers, which include Carnival Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America, AIDA and Costa Cruises, the company has announced Land-based installations or orders in Canada and the US.
