Fortune Bay Casino in Minnesota announced that it has selected the Lush loyalty and rewards program from Passport Technology as well as the provider’s Mira player enrollment kiosks. The Lush platform will be used in the hopes of driving player acquisition, engagement and retention while also offering tier progression through gamification, customizable player promotions and new offerings.
“The Lush platform is going to be an incredible addition for our guest and players club team. We’re excited for our customers to experience the enhanced benefits of our upgraded players club,” Fortune Bay Director of Marketing Hannah Lehti said.
Fortune Bay Casino is owned and operated by the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa, which state that the two primary goals of the Tribe are to generate revenue to fund programs and services and build businesses that create employment opportunities for members.
