Player Elite, a gaming technology solutions provider in Australia, and The Hale Network have completed the installation of Player Elite’s Digital Loyalty Solution (DLS) at two of Laguna Development Corporation’s casino properties. Route 66 Casino and Dancing Eagle Casino in New Mexico have now become the first US casino properties to install Player Elite and its loyalty solution.
DLS is a customer marketing platform designed to identify, reward and communicate at an individual level to drive loyalty and profit through one interface. The complete DLS platform uses members’ behavioral data to identify and create opportunities to connect with the member base through its proprietary engines.

In addition to debuting the DLS technology, both casinos also received the property integrated ORCA omni-channel member app.
