Pavilion Payments featured some of its recent payment processing features last week at G2E in Las Vegas.
Chief Information Officer Mark Alsentzer emphasized the company’s goal to offer products across multiple markets.
He commented, “We're one of the few companies around here that operate in both the digital and physical brick and mortar space.
“So, when you hear me talk about the products or when you hear me talk about kind of enhancements that we made, we're always looking at both experiences, not only uniquely, but how can we deliver and develop a seamless experience across all of those, both physical and digital mediums.”
Among the highlights was a payment transfer option that allows players to use their digital wallet account to transfer funds to slot machines for on-the-floor game play.

Players can log into their Pavilion account and add funds to the game they want to play by using their phone and using their personalized four-digit PIN.
Once a player is finished with the game and wants to cash out, funds can be collected through the phone by scanning the bar code printed on the redemption tickets, which are returned to the player’s digital account.
Currently, Pavilion offers this feature to its registered account users through Apple Pay, but said the company is working on adding other digital payment options in the near future.
Pavilion Payments specializes in offering its clients payment solutions services, as well as merchant services and financial consulting.
