BetMGM and Hacksaw Gaming expand to New Jersey and Michigan

The pair seek to strengthen their pre-existing relationship in the North American market.

BetMGM and Hacksaw Gaming are now expanding their collaboration into the states of New Jersey and Michigan, following successful previous launches in Ontario and West Virginia.  

Hacksaw and BetMGM titles such as Boxes, Mines and Fred’s Food Truck are set to be introduced to players in the two state markets through the pair’s exclusive US distribution partner – Light & Wonder. Further, the additional expansion plans for the state of Michigan have also been announced, with Hacksaw seeking to introduce its iGaming to players in the state, with BetMGM as its market entrant operator.  

Earlier this week, Bet MGM launched its Wheel of Fortune in Ontario. These latest developments closely trail the release of the operator’s H1 2024 financial results, revealing a total revenue figure of $1bn for the period.  

For Hacksaw Gaming, this latest news comes in the wake of its Argentinian launch in March, which was developed in partnership with Betsson Group. It has been a busy year for the gaming studio, as the organization moves through a phase of expansion across the Americas – with an enhanced focus being drawn on the North American market.

Earlier this year, the company also paired with DraftKings, extending its reach into the Ontarian market. Now, this latest update will look to further enhance its brand recognition and customer outreach in the US market.
