The tournament will consist of 12 WSOP Gold Ring events and a Main Event buy-in of $1,100.

The World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOP-C) will be coming to the LatAm market in Rosario, Argentina at the City Centre Casino from October 17 to October 25. The experience is being hosted by GGPoker and offers poker enthusiasts a chance to compete in one of the more popular poker tournaments globally.

GGPoker will be hosting a number of satellite tournaments, including 12 WSOP Gold Ring events and a Main Event that features a buy-in of $1,100. Satellite tournaments will start from as low as $1, so all potential players can compete for the chance to be crowned at WSOP-C Rosario Argentina.

“With WSOP-C Rosario Argentina, Latin American players have the chance to be part of something extraordinary,” GGPoker Head of Spanish LatAm Juan Carreno said.

“The road to Rosario starts at GGPoker, with satellites from just $1, don’t miss out on the excitement, the competition and the chance to win big!”

On August 1 of this year, Caesars Entertainment (Caesars) reached an agreement with the NSUS Group (NSUS), which operates GGPoker, to sell the intellectual property rights for the WSOP brand for $500m.

“We will leverage GGPoker’s cutting-edge technology and industry expertise to create an exciting future for WSOP, ensuring players have an increasingly improved, safe and seamless poker experience. Under the new leadership, NSUS intends to expand WSOP worldwide, positioning it at the forefront of poker’s growth,” NSUS CEO Michael Kim said at the time of announcement.

As a part of the transaction, Caesars secured the right from NSUS to continue hosting the WSOP’s flagship live tournament series at its Las Vegas casinos for the next 20 years.
