Wynn Las Vegas will roll out Wynn Rewards, its new customer loyalty card, on 21 December.
Wynn Rewards will supplant the company’s existing Red Card loyalty program and current Red Card members will be automatically enrolled in Wynn Rewards.
The program launched at Encore Boston Harbor earlier this year, the company noted.
As is the case for several Las Vegas casino operators, Wynn is seeing reduced revenue in 2020 thanks to closures and restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic. Wynn has been closing some of its rooms mid-week in an effort to save costs.
Wynn Rewards will have three member tiers: Red, Platinum and Black. New members can sign up for free starting at the Red tier, which the company said will include special pricing on hotel accommodations, invitations to events and promotions, and the ability to earn free slot play.
Wynn Rewards members can earn Comp Dollars by playing table games and slot machines that can be redeemed for amenities at the property, including hotel rooms, spa and salon treatments, dining, golf and more.
The mid-level Platinum tier features greater access to Wynn Rewards member experiences, and at the Black tier, members receive a 30% bonus on slot points earned for free slot play, what the company termed “maximum privileges,” and access to the resort’s dining and entertainment options, invitations to Wynn-hosted VIP guest experiences, and several additional elite rewards.
“We invite our guests to take advantage of the most comprehensive rewards program Wynn has ever created, and experience the best luxuries our resort has to offer,” Marilyn Spiegel, president of Wynn Las Vegas, said in a statement.
