In other news, the board will meet at the end of this month to consider renewing Wind Creek Bethlehem’s Category 2 slot machine operator license.
The meeting is scheduled for June 27 at 10:30AM at Bethlehem City Hall and is open to the public.
During the upcoming hearing, the board will also open the floor for public comments.
“Citizens, public officials and community groups can choose to speak or submit written testimony. Following this proceeding, the board will ultimately determine whether the licensee remains eligible and suitable consistent with the laws of the Commonwealth and are otherwise qualified to have the license renewed for a five-year period,” the Board said in a statement.
Those who wish to speak at the hearing need to submit a request beforehand. In-person and written testimony requests must be submitted by June 25 on the regulator’s website.
