The newly signed contract aims to enhance gaming operations.

The British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), a BC Crown corporation, currently manages all commercial gambling in the region, of which includes lotteries, casinos and online gaming. In an attempt to divulge into a comprehensive assessment and find ways to possibly enhance methods in place, SCCG Management has signed on to partner with BCLC. SCCG focuses on iGaming, sports betting, esports and casino technology.

Work between the two companies will extend to reviews of technological infrastructures, strategic market positioning and the integration of various gaming modalities. SCCG’s business model offers insights and recommendations that BCLC will attempt to use to progress forward in the industry, including coordinating BCLC’s online and physical gaming experiences.

Gambling products and services offered by BCLC's Lottery division include products Lotto Max, Lotto 6/49 and Daily Grand as well as BC-specific products BC49, the Extra, Poker Lotto, Keno, Scratch & Win tickets and Sports Action. BCLC also handles 17 full service casinos that offer traditional gambling services.

"Our collaboration with BCLC represents a remarkable opportunity to push the boundaries of innovation within the gaming industry,” said Founder and CEO of SCCG Management Stephen Crystal.

“We are committed to deploying our resources and expertise to enhance BCLC’s operational efficiencies and customer engagement strategies. It's an honor to partner with an organization that has a robust impact on the community through its support of public initiatives."

The market for gambling in British Columbia is quickly growing as it's estimated over 30% of residents are affiliated with at least one online site. Online gaming itself is projected to see its market double within the next five years. While BCLC has long been the source for physical betting through lottery and scratch-off type options, SCCG will be looked at to integrate these traditional aspects with a growing online presence.
