New rebrand sets sights on raising the bar for betting integrity.

Recently merged brands US Integrity and Odds on Compliance have created the rebranded Integrity Compliance 360. Integrity Compliance 360 was created with a focus on providing integrity and compliance regtech products and services for the sports betting and gaming sector.

"The coming together of US Integrity and Odds On Compliance represents a strategic alignment of values and a shared commitment to excellence,” said the former CEO of US Integrity and new IC360 CEO Matt Holt.

“As IC360, we are dedicated to providing our clients with 360-degree solutions that address their unique compliance challenges, ensuring they can operate with integrity and confidence in today's complex regulatory environment.”

President of IC360 Eric Frank sees this as an opportunity for his company’s partners to go above where standards have been set prior.

With the two companies merging, IC360 can now offer a wide range of services to its clients. These services can extend to integrity monitoring, compliance advisory and education, while also offering products consumers have seen such as the Integrity Monitoring dashboard, PlayBookAI and ProhiBet.

“With a comprehensive suite of services and leveraging the collective expertise of US Integrity and Odds On Compliance, this is an evolution of a journey dedicated to setting industry benchmarks and creating a one-stop-shop for integrity and compliance needs,” said Scott Sadin, COO of IC360 and former COO of US Integrity.

“Integrity Compliance 360 looks forward to a future marked by continued growth, impactful partnerships, and a steadfast dedication to the highest standards of integrity and compliance.”
