The game first launched in January.

PrizePicks’ recently launched peer-to-peer fantasy sports title, PrizePicks Arena, has reached two million lineups. More than 100,000 players contributed to Arena surpassing this milestone since the game’s debut.

The company released the game in five states at the start of the year. PrizePicks Arena is now available in the US in Alabama, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Arena gives players an opportunity to show off their skills by competing directly against other players and “builds on PrizePicks' existing game and extends the second screen sports entertainment experience within the PrizePicks community.”

Company VP of Innovation Brian Huss took a moment to celebrate Arena’s current success and said PrizePicks looks forward to engaging more sports fans through the platform.

He commented, “We’re thrilled with the early success in player adoption of Arena. With over two million fantasy lineups already skillfully created, we’re excited to continue the momentum by expanding into new markets, bringing together more fantasy sports fans across the country.”

Along with Arena surpassing the two-million lineup mark, PrizePicks has achieved other significant company wins during the year. The North American daily fantasy sport (DFS) operator recently signed a deal with the Dallas Stars.

The agreement represents the company’s first NHL franchise partnership.

The deal allows the PrizePicks brand to appear duding Stars’ game telecasts through advertising. PrizePicks can also offer fans VIP experiences as part of its agreement with the Dallas Stars. In addition to brand recognition during telecasts and games, PrizePicks will have exclusive rights to use the team’s logos.
