Komani will represent the company as its exclusive casino management partner.

Jack Entertainment has selected Konami Gaming as its exclusive casino management system (CMS) partner. The two will collaborate to implement Konami’s Synrkos system into Jack Entertainment’s 1.5 million square feet of casino entertainment space.

Jack Entertainment is based in Ohio and offers players in the Cleveland area access to 85 table games and more than 2,600 gaming machines.

“This new Synkros launch empowers guests to take advantage of seamless ClubJack loyalty rewards at any Jack Entertainment gaming location, with specialized offers, awards, and bonus events updated in real-time,” the company said in a statement.

Jack Entertainment SVP and Chief Information Officer Van Baltz commented, “As one of the region’s premier entertainment destinations, Jack remains dedicated to providing unparalleled guest experiences by embracing cutting-edge advancements and innovations.

“Our collaboration with Konami underscores this commitment, as we aim to engage more guests with exciting and rewarding experiences, leveraging their reliable and cutting-edge systems.”

Throughout its nearly 30-year history, Las Vegas-based Komani Gaming has grown to specialize in multiple markets that include casino gaming, casino management systems, player tracking systems, data warehousing, game design and slot systems.

Konami Gaming’s reach has extended beyond the US to include casinos around the globe. The company recently debuted its Dimension series in Peru.

Company VP of System Sales Randy Caron commended Jack Entertainment for its efforts to bring quality games to Ohio players.

He said, “Since opening as Ohio’s first full-service casino, Jack Entertainment has operated with a focus on creating extraordinary moments for guests.

“The technology that powers the gaming enterprise is an important piece in creating unique engagement opportunities for guests and ensuring a smooth player experience, which Konami is excited to support through this key Synkros launch.”
