Elias has been a brand ambassador for BetMGM Poker since 2021.

BetMGM Poker and professional poker player Darren Elias have agreed an extension to their ongoing brand ambassadorship.

Elias is the all-time leading 4x WPT (World Poker Tour) champion, who has more than $20m combined live and online poker tournament winnings and has been an ambassador for BetMGM Poker since 2021.

His role as an ambassador has helped raise brand awareness for BetMGM Poker, while also leading to player growth and engagement for the brand within the poker community.

Following on from this renewed agreement, Elias will continue to be a part of BetMGM online poker campaigns, represent BetMGM Poker at major tournament festivals, engage with poker fans through various channels, provide valuable insights to enhance the company’s offerings and in the coming months will begin to contribute blog content to BetMGM’s “The Roar.”

BetMGM Director of Poker Luke Staudenmaier said: “BetMGM is proud to extend our partnership with a poker champion of the caliber of Darren Elias.

"Darren’s talent and passion for poker, along with his dedication to excellence, align perfectly with our brand values. We look forward to achieving new milestones together and continuing to provide top-tier online and live poker opportunities to our players.”

Elias himself added: "BetMGM Poker has been a tremendous partner and I’ve been proud to be part of the company’s growth for the last few years.

“Together, we will continue innovating our online poker offerings and focus on bringing new hybrid online and live poker opportunities to all of BetMGM’s poker and sports markets across the US."

In other poker news, Jackpot Digital last week secured licensing approval from Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians Regulatory Department, allowing the company to install its casino machines at Odawa Casino.
