The supplier has expanded its coverage throughout northern, central and western parts of the US.

Dynamic Gaming Solutions (DGS), provider of gaming solutions from electronic slots to table games, has held a grand opening for its new office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The supplier’s main office remains in Oklahoma City.

DGS lists featured manufacturers on its website including: Konami, Bally, Scientific Games, Aruze, Aristocrat, Everi, AGS and many more.

Opening an office in New Mexico is part of the company’s plans for expansion throughout the US. Currently, DGS works within 15 states throughout the northern, central and western regions and has three other offices: in Sacramento, California; Duluth, Minnesota and Bismarck, North Dakota.

Located in North Eastern Albuquerque, DGS’ newest office aims to serve both New Mexico and Arizona. The building will include warehouse space for DGS’ electronic gaming devices, gaming products, parts and supplies as well as office space for its in-house sales and operations teams.

DGS works to hire locally and integrate into the communities where it builds its offices. Teams are created a full year prior to the new office’s opening, as a strategy meant to increase the supplier’s adaptability to challenges of specific locations.

Mark Larson, Founder & CEO of Dynamic Gaming Solutions, stated, "The opening of our Albuquerque office is a testament to our dedication to offering clients unparalleled access and rapid response times.

"Our unique approach of embedding teams in the areas we serve allows us to foster close, personalized relationships with our casino and Tribal customers.

"Our localized presence ensures nearly weekly face-to-face interactions and is a key differentiator in our service model.”
